Toowoomba holds a unique place in our hearts—a place we consider special in God’s eyes. After careful study and investigation, we determined that Toowoomba is the ideal location for our global operations and headquarters.


You may wonder, "What makes Toowoomba so special?" The answer is simple: it’s a truly wonderful place. By measures of kindness, humility, charity, conservatism, and Christian values, it stands in a class of its own, and we couldn’t be more captivated by its charm.


On Remembrance Day 2020, we began our 50-year mission with the establishment of VFA-102 DIAMONDBACKS PTY LTD, our ISR entity.


On Remembrance Day 2021, we initiated activation—quietly and strategically—by incorporating NEO ROOSEVELT GROUP PTY LTD. On Remembrance Day 2024, we incorporated it again.


Though the costs during our stealth phase have been significant, and many corporate entities have been lost along the way, these steps were essential for strategic reasons. As we step back into the public sphere, we are committed to operating at an enterprise-grade standard and conducting ourselves with the decorum and integrity of true gentlemen.
